- Campur semua bahan kecuali mentega dan garam ulenin smp stengah kalis lalu masukan garam dan mentega ulenin amp kalis bulatkan adonan tutup dgn serbet diamkan 1 jam atau smp mengembang 2x lipat.
- Setelah mengembang kempiskan adonan ulenin bentar lalu bagi adonan menjadi 12 bagian isi bahan isian lalu bulatkan rounding agar adonan halus permukaan nya diamkan lagi 40 menit atau smp mengembang 2x lipat.
- Campur bahan toping aduk dgn wisk smp adonan halus lalu masukan plastik segitga potong bagian ujung lalu semprotkan.
- Panaskan oven 10 menit lalu oven di suhu 170-180 derajat slama 20-25 menit.
